What is About?

This men’s retreat weaves together Tantra, Naked Yoga, and Naturism, offering a deeply connected experience in a privileged natural setting.Casa Brisa is located in a peaceful residential area, just a few kilometers from some of Catalonia’s most beautiful gay beaches and the Penedès wine region. In this spirit, we embrace Spain’s naturist tradition as we explore emblematic locations around Sitges, engaging in body-based and energetic practices such as Naked Yoga, tantric dynamics, naturist hikes, outdoor rituals, and sharing circles.

A Typical Day

Daily Schedule7:00 am – Excursion to Playa del Hombre Muerto
7:30 am – Naked yoga practice in nature
10:00 am – Free time at Casa Brisa
3:00 pm – Excursion to Sitges
5:00 pm – Return to Casa Brisa
6:30 pm – Workshop: Introduction to Tantra
8:00 pm – Dinner
10:00 pm – Workshop: Tantric MassageThroughout all activities, nudity is approached as a language of freedom, presence, and authenticity. The naturist philosophy that guides this retreat is rooted in ecological awareness, consciousness, and mutual respect. For this reason, it is essential to observe and respect areas where nudism is not permitted, both at Casa Brisa and in certain outdoor locations we will visit.

What is Included in the Retreat Fee?

The fee includes accommodation, healthy full-board meals (late brunch, snacks, and dinner), all daily activities, and transportation to natural sites on Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16.The €480 rate includes shared accommodation (double bed or twin beds).
Single room option: €950.Note: Airport transportation is not included; however, assistance and recommendations are available upon request.

Reservations

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% payable on the first day of the retreat. A 4% fee applies to credit card payments.Cancellation policy: A full refund is available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the retreat.
